I ordered this large size frame (20x30) with mat from three different companies, and this is the only one that has been good; it came incredibly securely packed (no damage from shipping), as sturdy as one could expect for the price (plenty rigid), and decent-looking. The others (for just a little less $) were utter garbage, AND broken upon arrival. They flexed and wobbled. This is NOT garbage, does NOT wobble, is just fine, and a bit better than I had reason to hope for. An honest, inexpensive frame. A small scratch on the black wood surface which I can dab black paint on with no problem. There is just corrugated cardboard for a backing, so it needs more, at least a piece of foam-cor, if you're using it for a nicer print or photo, and the mat is minimal, but it all works and isn't embarrassingly trashy. Highly recommend.Wanted a real-wood frame (not balsa with a plastic wrap) with a mat. Perfect for a limited edition concert poster that I wanted to protect and display in a mat and frame, but not spend a fortune on. Frame is a little narrow and a little cheesy looking, but the quality for the price is really good (I was a professional picture framer for many years). This frame would look better on a smaller piece ….too narrow for the 16x20 image in my opinion. It's fine not the best quality thoughI love this frame but it came with with screws wire and a hook…the 2 brackets were missing so now I have to go to Lowes to get what I needDad wanted to frame his Shackleton Puzzle (which was very hard to put together), so we glued it and put it in this frame. He loves it!This is kind of an odd review for me to write, mostly because it's for a product I returned. I think this is the 4th or 5th frame I've purchased from Craig Frames and I have to say, they have some of the most detailed and ACCURATE product descriptions in their Item Listings that I have encountered on Amazon. The size, the type of mat, the stain/paint finish, width of framing material, glass/acrylic used are all spelled out in the product description. I've seen in other reviews for this product that people complain that the product is cheaply made and I really can't agree with that. If you want a cheaply made frame at this at this price, just take a look at what's available at Wally World at this price point and compare the two. I have, and it's absolutely NO contest. The other ones are these snap together flimsy plastic things, with super thin sheets of clear acrylic. When you go to put a picture into them it's like the structural integrity is so finely balanced that the weight added by just the heavier photo stock causes an implosion and the thing folds like bad oragami. These DO NOT DO THAT. The acrylic is thick and rigid, the frame is actual wood (granted it's not high grade, but you're paying under $30 for a poster size frame so, seriously people??), there is actual mounting hardware not a flimsy little tab ring and the "bendable metal" they use to hold in the cardboard backing is actually decent quality. So, why did I send it back?? Cause I ordered one frame and they sent me a 2-pack, and there was a small crack on the edge of the rigid acrylic sheet that spread into the center of the picture and was "spider-webbing" out (which does not happen with thin flimsy acrylic). The acrylic is also covered with a protective barrier on BOTH sides so there is no chance of scratches. The return process was so freakin' easy I was kind of amazed. In 10 years of ordering on Amazon, I have only returned 3 items and I was kind of stunned how easy both Amazon and the seller made the process. So yeah, really decent product for the price point and a no-hassle return that had nothing to do with the product, as it was damaged during shipping. I would totally order again, and probably will in about 3 months when I have to prepare photos for the next event.Frame received is not set correctly and can’t hang on the wall due to it being so off.Arrived quickly, exceedingly well packaged and in perfect condition. It is very lightweight; the included hanging hardware could support something considerably heavier. The hanging hardware (D-rings and wire) are installed after the artwork is mounted and secured in the frame, so heads up that you would not be able to remove/replace the art without first cutting the mounting wire and installing new wire.Other reviewers have complained about the need to install the hanging hardware; I specifically sought this out. I dislike teethed tabs that are riveted to the cardboard backing and have to be bent outwards to hang, so I was specifically looking for something like the D-rings and wire assembly on this frame. It allows you to hang either horizontally or vertically, and to mount the D-rings at a height to suit. Much more flexible than preinstalled hardware, and sturdier.nice frame, good value
