I use this at my sliding door that me and the pup use all day long. It is very high quality, non slip and absorbs our wet feet and paws! I got teal and the color is rich. I love how soft it is and it has been washed twice and held up fine.I thought people were being dramatic...but it really does keep the floor cleaner. I have 3 pets and it helps with wet paws. I also have a hot tub sonit helps with my feet too.We replaced our carpet with wood flooring. We were happy but our big dog was like a newborn deer or a cartoon character running in place. We felt so bad for her. These runners were a perfect fix. She doesn't slip and slide and they are so prettyI’ve got 3 doxies and accidents do happen. I got these reading they hold anything like a shammy. I wash them in the washer, hang out to dry. With winter coming I’ll love them more!! Not just for dogs either!! Careful putting in dryer too much could wear out rubber backing.Works well in my RV.Love it! Bought 4Works for our lab that drags his water bowl all over the floor. It dries quickly, does not hold smell, and cleans easily. It works for us!!My dog loves to run her snout into the carpet both after eating and baths. Although cute, our 21 year old carpets aren't the kind of thing you want your dog drying itself on.It finally came time to get rid of all the carpeting and have hard floors everywhere.I realized no carpet meant she wouldn't have a place to dry herself like she did. So, I bought this to use as a runner in the hallway right next to the bathroom where I bathe her hoping she would go for it and not care it isn't a carpet. After I bathed her and toweled her off as good as I could, I put her down and she took off. I thought she was going to try to start drying herself on the bed or furniture since the carpet is gone. As I quickly went after her, the furthest I got was 2 steps into the hallway where I almost ran into my dog who was speedily drying herself using this new runner. :-DCleaning it is a breeze. I mostly shake off everything close to the floor and use the stick vacuum to clean it up off the hard flooring or I put it in the washer under delicate so that the washer doesn't try to spin too hard with it.I then hang dry and in a day or 2, it's good to go back on the floor.I love having floors that are so easy to clean! I'll never live with carpeting again. Thankfully, this runner solved my only concern about not having carpets. :-)So I had to come back and re-review this item after a very incident with my Boxer/Bulldog. Stepped out for no more than 10 minutes only to come in and find he was gagging. He had managed to work loose one of the string loops of the carpet and chewed and chewed. We ended up removing almost 2 feet of the string from his mouth. While this was a great product in that in was as advertised, this is not worth my dog choking.It’s nice and comfy for the dogs, however it slides all over the place when the dogs play (no grip at all) and it absorbs great - so much so that when we washed it, it got so heavy it almost broke my washing machine. I had to let it air dry for hours before I could put it in the dryer.very good doggie paw matt; we have 80% beige carpet floor coverage in our house, dirty paws are a big thing here. the matt if placed far enough from the door can capture the first few steps from our pooches. our bigger pooch (German Shepherd Husky mix at 80+ lbs) has a long stride; his paws are dirt magnets even after wiping them, so catching each paw on a stride is important. the matt is a good quality; haven't laundered them yet, but for the price would have been nice if they were bigger, other than that very happy with the purchases (we bought 2 Medium 31 x 20 inch)This is a great mat! We use it at our trailer and have used it for many things. We mostly use it as a mat for outside the trailer before coming in and have a smaller one for just inside the trailer. We bought it originally for the dog to lie on but he prefers the dirt. We have used it to dry him off if he’s wet before coming into the trailer and we also use it to place items on when driving with the trailer. It is non slip and works great keeping items we store in the trailer while driving from sliding around.Good mat for cleaning off your boots or shoes when coming in from outside with your pet. however, I find the mat is too small. I am using it at my patio door for the back yard for when the dog goes in and out of the house. I think if it gets about 1 foot wider and 1 foot longer, it might be a 5 star. but it definitely does pick up all the dirt and debris when walking over it coming in from outside. washing in the laundry machine once a week so far is holding up great.
