Matches our other kitchen accessories.I purchased these for my countertop, but they don't lay flat, I washed them and laid them flat to dry, still curl up on the edges.They are too small and do not lie flat..Good for money. Little cheap though.The black and red buffalo check is great, and the pictures show that really well. However, the mat pictured is placed on a white countertop so that you don't notice the border of the drying mat is also white and stands out on a darker countertop. I will be keeping them for use as hot pads when serving large meals but they won't be left sitting on the counter like I had originally planned!I love how absorbent it is. I wished it was just a little bigger and I wish it had black or red around the edges instead of white. But besides this they are really nice.These are perfect for me. Exactly what I was looking for. Seem to be holding up well. I'm single so dragging out a dish drainer for a few dishes was irritating. Decided to give these a try and I am so glad I did. ?They are really cute, but they aren't very absorbent. I have others that can handle several drainer of dishes without becoming sopping wet. These are drenched with a first use, and then water from wet dishes runs out onto countertop and around sink..Heavily quilted and uneven and difficult to balance anything on. After the first wash the corners all turned up quite a bit. i was expecting something flat that i could put glasses on, but it was very unstable, especially that you would need to put something really heavy on the edges to stop it curling inwards. I also wanted it to go smoothly against the edge of the sink but the corners were too round and there was a bit of a gapSize and style was perfect, however one mat was split along the seam with the sponge inner exposed. Was able to stitch and use. Some of the stitching accross this pad also undone.The mat is quilted rather bulky and does not lie flat the edges curl up, not convenient for a draining board.In use absorbance is ok but not as good as the microfibre mat I had before.Love it nothing bad about it.Great value, does exactly what it should
